1 general rules

1.0.1 to scientifically evaluate the safety production of construction, This standard is formulated to improve the management level of safety production and civilized construction, prevent casualty accidents, ensure the safety and health of employees, and realize the standardization and standardization of inspection and evaluation

1.0.2 this standard is applicable to the inspection and evaluation of construction safety by construction enterprises and their competent departments

1.0.3 this standard is mainly prepared based on the principle of safety system engineering, combined with the law of casualty accidents in building construction, and in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, standards and procedures

1.0.4 when checking according to this standard, in addition to complying with this standard, it shall also comply with the provisions of the current national mandatory standards

2 inspection classification and scoring method

2.0.1 when conducting safety inspection and evaluation on the completion of main links, parts and processes prone to casualty accidents in construction, the form of inspection scoring table shall be adopted, which is divided into safety management, civilized construction site, scaffold, foundation pit support and formwork works, "three treasures" and "four openings" protection, construction power, material hoist and external elevator, tower crane Ten itemized inspection scoring tables and a summary table of inspection scoring for hoisting and construction equipment

note: 1. "three treasures" refer to safety helmet, safety belt and safety

2. "four entrances" refer to passageways, reserved openings, stair entrances and elevator wellheads

2.0.2 assurance items and general items have been set up in the eight inspection scoring tables for safety management, civilized construction, scaffolding, foundation pit support and formwork engineering, construction power, material hoist and external elevator, tower crane and hoisting. Assurance items should be the focus and key of safety inspection

2.0.3 in the scoring table of each sub item inspection, the full score is 100 points. The scores of each inspection item in the table shall be the sum of the scores obtained according to the specified inspection contents. The total score of each table shall be the sum of the actual scores of each inspection item in each table

2.0.4 in the inspection score, if there are multiple scaffolds, tower cranes, gantry and BASF claim that the ucrete polyurethane concrete system adopts the industrial floor standard well frame, the score shall be the arithmetic mean of the actual scores of each individual item

2.0.5 negative value shall not be used for examination score. The sum of points deducted for each inspection item shall not exceed the due points for that item

2.0.6 in the inspection scoring, when one of the guarantee items does not score or the sub total score of the guarantee item is less than 40, the inspection scoring table shall not score

2.0.7 the full score of the summary table is 100 points. The full score of each sub item checklist in the summary table shall be: 10 points for safety management, 20 points for civilized construction, 10 points for scaffolding, 10 points for foundation pit support and formwork works, "three treasures" and "four openings" protection, 10 points for construction power, 10 points for material hoists and external elevators, 10 points for tower cranes, 5 points for hoisting and 5 points for construction equipment. The actual score of each sub item in the summary shall be calculated as follows:

2.0.8 in case of any missing item in the inspection, the total score of the summary table shall be calculated as follows:

in case of any missing item, which is also the leader of the design team of Shantou isolation building project in that year, the total score of the summary table = the sum of the actual scores of the actual items in the summary table/the sum of the full scores of the actual items in the summary table × When more than 100 (2.0.8)

2.0.10 the total score of the summary table and whether the project meets the standard shall be taken as the evaluation basis for the safety production situation at a construction site, and shall be divided into three grades: excellent, qualified and unqualified

guarantee items shall meet the scoring standards specified in article 2.0.6, and the scores in the summary table shall be 80 or more

2. qualified

1) ensure that the scores of the items shall meet the scoring standards specified in article 2.0.6, and the score in the summary table shall be 70 or more

2) one score table fails to score, but the score value of the summary table must be 75 or above

3) when the hoisting inspection scoring table or the construction equipment inspection scoring table is not
