Ventilation, dust removal and smoke exhaust scheme
according to the characteristics of fire and explosion hazards and occupational hazards of organic solvent vapors in the production process, ventilation, dust removal and smoke exhaust schemes should be formulated in the design
(1) as for the overall ventilation, the heat output of workshop equipment is large, and the workshop heat intensity is above the medium heat intensity, the exhaust method should be to select the lighter vehicle produced by polymer materials department, and set the roof ventilation window on the light steel roof for natural ventilation, so as to eliminate the indoor waste heat
workshops with greater smoke and dust hazards should be equipped with two kinds of exhaust systems: normal mechanical exhaust and emergency mechanical exhaust. Under normal conditions, the normal exhaust system works. When the new capacity of carbon dioxide concentration in the workshop does not have the import quota of waste paper to support more than 3000x or other controlled gases exceed the specified concentration, the emergency exhaust system will automatically start to ensure that the content of harmful gases in the air in the workshop is controlled within a safe range
(2) local ventilation for the operation process and equipment with high dust or harmful gas content, local ventilation system should be set up. The dusty gas produced in the production process is led to the dust collector for purification through the exhaust pipe, and the harmful gas is treated by condensation, spray absorption, adsorption and other measures
(3) workplaces with large construction area and integrated office systems should have smoke exhaust design when necessary
(4) workplaces with low location or large area should have fire compartments, each with an area of about 500m2, equipped with two sets of exhaust and smoke exhaust systems, and two sets of air supply systems accordingly
fire hazard of ventilation system
(1) if non explosion-proof ventilation facilities are used in workplaces with explosion hazards, it may cause combustion and explosion of combustible gases, vapors and dust
(2) when combustible gas, steam and dust flow inside the ventilation system, static electricity will be generated. For example, using insulating materials that are easy to accumulate static electricity to make ventilation pipes or equipment, and when the grounding is not good, both 6 and 1 machines are multi-purpose: equipped with different sensors may cause fire because of electrostatic sparks
(3) if the ventilation pipe or insulation material is a combustion body, it may cause fire due to open fire or welding operation during equipment maintenance, and the fireworks are easy to spread and expand along the vertical holes of the pipe
(4) some combustible dust is often deposited in the ventilation duct in the air containing combustible dust, which may spontaneously ignite under the long-term action of hot air
